Why are some states restricted from ordering?
The PACT Act that was enacted on December 27, 2020 limits the states in which Vape Egg is able to ship to. Adult signature upon delivery will be required for all orders and is included in shipping charges at checkout. Someone 21+ must be present to sign for the package.
We ship vapes to the states highlighted in yellow on the map below with a few exceptions:
- No flavored products to CA
- No PO boxes
- No Military Bases
- No International Shipping
- San Francisco
- Washington, D.C.
- No flavored products to Chicago, IL
Free shipping on orders over $80
Option is available once the final cart value exceeds $99 after all discounts have been applied. Free Shipping option must be selected during checkout to be eligible.
Processing and Transit Time
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Business operations are Monday through Friday. Holidays may delay processing and shipping times.
Tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 business days in transit
The above can be treated as an estimate and is not guaranteed. Factors such as holidays, weekends, weather, or carrier logistics may extend transit times.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submission
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders may be reshipped once the package has returned to us or refunded for the cost of the times. Fees associated with a reshipment is at the discretion of Vape Egg.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vape Egg and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. Vape Egg strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vape Egg is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.
