Returns are accepted for new and unopened items purchased on our website. The item(s) must be within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping on their requested items. Any shipping paid for the original order will not be compensated.

Disposable Vapes
Disposable vapes are not returnable due to the nature of the product. Disposables devices may be investigated if the device arrived defective. Photos or video will be necessary to showcase the defective unit.
In the case that a disposable is deemed defective, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Dead on arrival
- Auto-firing
- Leaking on arrival

Return Shipping Cost
In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We do not offer replacements as defective items will result in an issuance of credit back to your account. Any fees outside of the product cost is non-refundable including shipping, signature confirmation, and other associated fees.
